Reflections on Yoga, the Nervous System & Real-Life Practice


This space is for reflection.

Here I write about yoga as it’s actually lived — through the body, the nervous system, injury, recovery, emotional shifts, consistency, and change. These posts are not about perfect poses or quick fixes, but about understanding what practice brings up and how it supports us over time.

Much of what I share here grows directly from my own practice and from years of teaching students navigating real life alongside yoga.

Yoga becomes meaningful through regular, embodied experience. Writing helps us understand what’s happening; practice allows it to settle into the body.

Many students read these posts alongside attending live classes, using them as a way to integrate and reflect between practices.
