This course is ideal for complete beginners as well as those who’ve tried Ashtanga before and want to strengthen their foundation. No prior experience is required, just bring an open mind, a reasonable level of fitness, and the willingness to be challenged.

You'll be guided through foundational postures with options for modifications and challenges, allowing you to move at your own pace. Expect gentle warm-ups, a mindful flow to build strength and flexibility, and a calming cool-down to leave you feeling refreshed and grounded. Whether you're new to yoga or deepening your practice, this class welcomes all bodies and experience levels.

If you like to practice at home for convenience, time saving or for a cheaper way of getting more yoga practices in each week, then join us online.
Lyndsey is live on Mondays & Thursdays 7:30am where she combines poses from both primary and intermediate series to help make them physically achievable before you slot them into your practice
Also live on Tuesdays where we practice primary series starting with the 60 minute practice and week by week we add one more pose at a time until we reach the full 90 minute practice.
And on Fridays we do the same for intermediate series we start at 6:45pm

New starters: The full hour might be too challenging for you Lyndsey recommends that you work your way through the intro and beginners courses before embarking on the 60 -90 minute journey.

Introduction to Yoga.
Course one. Lesson One
A step by step introduction to yoga for new starters to learn the basic yoga moves and prepare themselves for Ashtanga Yoga.
You will gain strength, stamina and flexibility as you learn how to link the movement wit the breath whilst cultivating better body awareness and a more focused mind.
Each session in this intro course will be 30 minutes long and every session will prepare you for the next step so it is vital to practice them in order.

Course One. Lesson Five
This session concludes your 5 session Introduction, well done for making it this far. Once you have completed this you are ready to move onto Course number 2 which is Beginners Yoga.
