Today's New Moon marks the beginning of a fresh lunar cycle. While we can't see the Moon in the sky, many people use this time as an opportunity to pause, reflect and begin again.
I've created this free Mindful Movement practice to help you do exactly that.
Together we'll gently mobilise the body, reconnect with the breath and create space for a new intention. This isn't about pushing harder or becoming more flexible. It's about slowing down long enough to notice how you feel and giving yourself permission to move with kindness.
Whether you're navigating midlife, feeling tired, overwhelmed, stiff or simply in need of a reset, this practice is for you.
Take your time.
Move at your own pace.
Rest whenever you need to.
There is nothing to achieve today.
Just breathe, move and enjoy the process.
This can be practiced anytime you need it, you don't have to wait for the new moon.

This 45-minute practice has been created for anyone who already has a little yoga experience and would like to explore the foundations of Ashtanga in a more accessible way.
Roll out your mat, take your time and enjoy the journey.
With love,
Lyndsey
During this session we'll move through:
✨ Four Sun Salutations to warm and prepare the body.
✨ A simplified standing sequence to build strength, balance and stability.
✨ An accessible seated sequence with time to settle into each posture, without the traditional vinyasa between poses.
✨ A gentle backbend and an easy version of Shoulder Stand.
✨ A short introduction to meditation, followed by a guided relaxation, leaving you feeling calm, grounded and refreshed.
Beginners, or those who want an occasional easy practice for a change. This isn't a complete introduction to yoga, nor is it the full Ashtanga Primary Series. Instead, it's a carefully adapted practice that allows you to experience the rhythm, breath and flow of Ashtanga without feeling overwhelmed.
The beauty of Ashtanga Yoga isn't always about performing advanced postures. It's about developing a regular, consistent practice that strengthens the body, steadies the mind and teaches us to move with awareness.
Give this a try and then let your practice grown from here.
